Upon arrival, we were offered a double room despite our reservation for a twin, but the staff quickly addressed the oversight by upgrading us at no extra cost to a double with a sofa bed. The location is superb, just a stone's throw from key attractions like the naval shipyards and the Airbus facility, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel also features excellent amenities like a fitness center and laundry facilities. During my five-day stay, I appreciated the free access to the kitchenette, which added a nice touch for longer visits. The multilingual staff was helpful without being intrusive, facilitating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. It’s evident that this establishment values quality services and comfort.
